We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational teacher of Geography/History.  You will join a highly successful and well resourced department. We are looking to appoint an energetic and innovative leader to oversee a cohort of students and join our “greatly valued” Guidance Support Team (Ofsted Inspection, 2015). Our Guidance Support Managers are central to the progress of all students and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to play a pivotal and cutting edge role in the future achievement of students in a mixed comprehensive school.

The successful candidate will lead a year group and be responsible for cultivating the crucial chemistry between the social, emotional, academic and creative development of each student. Promoting positive behaviour for learning and maintaining high standards and expectations are central to the role as is working closely with parents and teachers to offer all our students the platform for success in their future education and livelihood.
